I've been busy...but right now I'm trapped in a beige malaise (cool points if you get that reference). All I can do is play FFX...last night I played from the beginning of the game up to killing the chobobo-eating monster...which I actually did kill! Sweet!

But anyway...this made me laugh. I hope you too will find it amusing.

So, I was sorting through my closet and came upon a journal I kept in 1st grade. It was a school thing - we had to write in our journal every morning. Like...a whole sentence. I'll give you the original spelling, but translation in parentheses, ok?

- I PLAD SOOPR MREO BRUTHRS AND GOT TOO KING KOOPU BUT I DIDE
(I played Super Mario Brother and got to King Koopa but I died.)

- My favorite fairy tale is Cinderella because it is a magikul fairy tale.

- If I went to Japan I wood not now my way around so I wood stay in a condomeneum (why did I eve attempt that word?!). I wood make friends whith Japanes people and I wood stay for 1 year.

- If I were a monster...I wood be sad. I wood not lic scaring peple aywy (away). So I wood chag bak (change back) into a prsin (person).

- A sandwich is sqaer (square) and yucke. I dont lic sadwichis cos I dont licke bred (like bread).

- The frog was glad when I let him go. he jumt agwa vare (jumped away very) fast i wus varey glad and so wus The frog

- This weekend I played with Katlyn and Emily. we pretended we live in Kintucey (Kentucky...wow, what a vivid imagination I had as a child >_< ).

- I like to writ about dragons and people and I Like you. Bye.

- A big, fat, hairy MONstr livs in My Bacyrb (backyard...and the 'c' in backwards). Win I cun owt too play it hIbs in the booshis (when I come out to play it hides in the bushes). it is mor afrab ove (more afraid of) me thin i m afrab ove it. anb it luvs me, I LOVE it. (all my 'd's are backwards! ahhhh!)

- March 17th will be sant-pat-rix day (Saint Patrick's Day...good god that's bad!). If you don't were green you will git pinchd. If you cetch a leprcon (leprechaun...lol, LeperCon 2009! Get your tickets now!) hil give you 3 wishis. (um...I think I got my folklore a bit confused)

AND MY PERSONAL FAVORITE...
- I am special because I nodst the ded Brd. Bkus It was posunis
(I am special because I noticed the dead bird because it was poisonous. And you probably don't know this but I have a crippling fear of dead birds.)






And the sad thing is my spelling and grammar here is STILL better than some stuff I've seen online.
